Refund policy

Due to the nature of service, there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES, since all units are custom. If for any reason there is an exception made, for a "Ready to ship unit" or "Build A Wig", there is a 30% restocking fee applied to your refund amount, and lace cannot be cut or altered in order for the unit to be returned. If lace is cut or altered with, there will be again NO REFUND and NO EXCHANGES.
